Are you seeing a rheumatologist?
Being HLA B27 positive means that you might have a reactive arthritis,
such as Reiter's syndrome or psoriatic arthritis. There are effective
treatments available, but you need to see a rheumatologist to get a
proper diagnosis and start treatment.
Good luck!

With an extra underlining of _might_
A lot of people are HLA B27 positive and do not suffer from anything at all.
On the other hand, a severe majority of people with Bechterew but also a
large number of people with Crone are HLA B27 positive.

I am not a doctor and no one here can diagnose or treat you over the
Internet.
I don't know what the medical system is like in Cambodia, but in
general I can say that if your current rheumatologist isn't helping
you, you should find another one. Most of us had to go to more than
one doctor before we found one who could help. These are not easy
diseases to diagnose or treat. But, there are effective treatments
available. Keep pushing your doctors to help you.
Good luck.
