Inflam.arth. can not be controlled by diet alone. The important thing is
what people loose while they see what diet can do for them.... What they
loose in their system could be blamed on your false hopes.
See a Rheumatologist for the best of care and what to do about arthritis
problems.

* Nods in total agreement with Harv *
My arthritis has nothing to do with my diet...I have a HCTD that
causes my joints to be sublax and hyper mobile. The unnatural
movement causes the arthritis/inflammation/osteo-arthritis. The same
can be said for people as they grow older. As the joints wear down,
their motion becomes hampered, unnatural and the uneven surface of the
joints moving against each other causes the condition. Taking
supplements that lubricates the joint and/or attempts to heal damaged
areas of the joint where it can, will help alleviate SOME of the pain
but is most definately not going to cure and/or prevent it...and you
are not going to magically feel better after eating a certain diet.
Osteo-Arthritis for example is irreversable...the only thing you can
do is try and slow down the rate of decay.
