i'm worried about melinda and her family.  the santa cruz mountain area is
ablaze.  the fire has devoured about 3000 acres so far, only 20% contained
and they are expecting it to cover 10,000 acres before it is contained.  so,
if anyone hears anything from melinda, please post it.

I missed that newscast (we don't get everything from the states on our
news).  Good thoughts going out that it wasn't where she is.  I know she was
worried about floods last time so maybe she is close enough to the water
area......?  I hope so.

Glad you are good.

I haven't had a computer the last two weeks, which put me in front of the TV
watching the news.  I know even a 10,000 acre fire is small in relation to
the area of the Santa Cruz mountains, but I worried about you a lot anyway.

More that you would head to where the danger was to help, than that the
danger would come to you.

Anyway, you've had my prayers, for whatever you may have needed them for.
