Okay, somewhere out there [and that includes my own garage] is a
smallish box with hand tools that I have sent around the country to
those getting hand surgeries. What I need to know before I tear the
garage apart looking, does anyone remember if it is here with me or
waiting with the last person that had it.
John is getting shoulder surgery next Friday and will be left handed for
the first time in his life for several weeks. I have a feeling that I
have it here but after the second move in so many years, I would rather
not look for it if someone knows where it is.

Hi Duckie!

I've got the box of one handed tools.  I was ready to ship them back to
you, but you told me to hang on to them until you got moved out to
California!  So, will get them shipped off to you this week.  Send me
your home address so I can make sure I have the correct address!!!

Tell john I will be pulling for him and praying that all goes smoothly
and successfully with his surgery!!!

Oh yeah, tell him Paku will help untie his shoes if need be!  ROFL!!!

Hugs,

rofl   Lately, Paku has taken to rolling on his tevas in his closet. I
have no idea why. Seems like the smellier they are the more he rolls.
Okay good. Glad I don't have to wander in to that garage looking. phewwww
Have sent you an email. Let me know if you don't get it as the one I am
posting with here is bogus. Well, mostly as I never check it anymore.
Thanks Donna -- it really takes one more thing off my plate and I am
very glad for that.

Duckie, what's a tevas, and what animal are you talking about?  It's the
same with dogs who smell feces from another dogs outside and immediately
roll back and forth it.  Stinky poo!  Nanny

Tevas are a sandal for walking in rivers and the like. The animal is a
Bengal cat which is a domesticated kitty with wild roots. Paku knows
Donna G -- while I was watching like a hawk to be sure he didn't chew
through her oxygen tubing, he fooled both of us and when I looked away
for a second picked up the end of Donna's sneaker lace and waited for me
to look again. The instant I did, he pulled his head quickly and took
off running effectively untying her shoelace. He is a bad boy and is
constantly looking for attention most of which tends to be negative. But
it was funny. He did it again when I wasn't looking too. But Donna
forgives him. Silly boy has done the same to workmen in the house. I
have gotten so I warn them in advance. Amazing how many men tell me that
they aren't worried as they have double tied their shoes.

> Duckie, what's a tevas,

Tevas are very comfy shoes and sandals. I bought a pair of their dress
shoes since I have a few pair of their sandals and they are so comfy :)

Check their website as they often have clearance items, also check
sierratradingpost.com as their overstocks end up there :)

Thanks for the info - I will check into them, as I need shoes approved by my
podiatrist because of the neuromas in both feet.  I just can't figure out
one thing - I always wore good sturdy shoes with lots of toe room (including
safety shoes and boots), no pinch the toes 4" or high heels, etc, and I
still have bad feet.  Tain't fair, McCoy.

Yea, I hear ya. When I was a teacher, there were women teachers in my
school who taught in high heels all day. Me, I wore my birkies, but I
still have problems here and there. And since I have diabetes, I have to
be very careful.

Duckie, I remember your sending it to somebody because you didn't remember
what was in it.  I could only think of one thing that you had forgotten.
