Jellybelly jelly beans aren't the same as spiced jelly beans.  

Brachs and several other companies actually make what are called spiced
jelly beans.  They will say right on the package "spiced jelly beans"
and are flavored much like spiced gum drops are.  Very yummy, and
usually only found at easter time!
