The water this morning was deliciously warm. It felt so good to be back in
the pool. My hands and feet protested vehemently at being used for paddles
and my shoulders said, "What the h--- are you doing??"  LOL I only played a
little and did a little bit of kicking. No overhead strokes or anything
really strenuous. I don't want my abdominal muscles to catch on to what I'm
doing just yet. <G>

I'm so jealous!!!!  <g>.  We are supposed to get a warm water arthritis
pool at the athletic center in town sometime this year.  Right now the
pool is kept cool for lap swimming.  I can't wait to swim in warm water.
Enjoy every minute of it.

I started going to our Y to join the arthritis group, but the water was so
cold for lap swimming that I just couldn't take it and had to stop.
Arthritis and cold water are not good companions!
