OMG! OMG! OMG! I have been sitting here for the last hour or two totally in tears and so touched that I can't even begin to find the words to thank my ASA Friends for the most generous gift!!! Wow, I truly am overwhelmed!!! As most of you know, I have been wanting a portable dvd player for months now to help keep me occupied through the long infusions sessions I go through every month. Unfortunately, I just hadn't been able to swing one financially, so had set my sites on waiting until next christmas. Well thanks to my ASA Friends/Angels, I received a package in the mail today with a beautiful portable dvd player. I opened that box and just sat there on my bed in tears for the longest time. I couldn't believe that I was looking at this most generous gift!!! Thank you sooooo much to all who had a part in this. You can never even begin to know how much you touched my heart and how excited I am! Next week is my next round of infusions and I will now have something to do!!! God bless each and every one of you for your most generous and special gift!!! Life has been a bit challenging as of late, and this gift truly has brought great joy to my heart and sent my spirits soaring!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! This group did so much for me when I first moved out here and was having such a tough time of it. Thankfully, things have turned around so I like to give back when I can :) I hope you enjoy your DVDs Donna :) Those little DVD players are cool. I can watch DVDs on my laptop but I never think of taking it when I go to a doctor's office or for an appointment.
