Last Wednesday, my neurologist (who's studying the charley horses
I've been having) prescribed KLONOPIN - generic CLONAZEPAM - 0.5mg
tablets.

WHAM!!!!

Take one about 1/2 hour before bedtime and I've been sleeping
10 to 12 hours solid.  If I'm still tossing and turning (like
I used to wake up to do), I'm now doing it in my sleep.  My
buttocks and hips don't hurt when I do wake in the morning.

I've had to back off my bed time from 11 to 10 to 9 (last night)
so I don't sleep away the entire morning.

... I have no idea what I'm doing, but I'm doing it well.

Chief, glad you're having good sleep now.
