Someone posted a while back about (I think) grapeseed to help with hair
falling out. My best friend is having this problem and would like to try
it. Could someone tell me the exact info, and how many capsules (or
whatever) they took as a dose?

Thanks,
Carole :)

I took it - the stuff from WalMart that's something like 175 mg.  I just took
one daily, but some folks take 2 if one doesn't do enough.  My hair is so
thick naturally that my main concern with hair loss having increased was
cleaning the blasted stuff off the floor all the time!  LOL

Oh, and biotin 1000-2000 mcg/daily is an option if a couple of grapeseed
daily don't work sufficiently.

I've been taking biotin, but not grapeseed oil. My sense of what it's
helped isn't hair loss but hair breakage. Before I started the biotin,
my ends would break and I'd keep having to get haircuts so as not to
look like a wild woman. After six months or so of the biotin, I realized
that I *would* be able to let my hair grow out so I can wear it long, as
I prefer.

Thanks, Nann and Alice. I'll pass the info onto my friend :-)
