I thought you might like to know about my experience with this product.
I've been using it about a week.  I have severe OA. mild/moderate RA,
fibromyalgia and post polio syndrome.

I read the reviews on overstock. com and saw that some folks thought it was
too firm and that it was too small for the mattress size they ordered.
Also, some suggested to not buy a mattress topper less than 3 in. thick.

I bought a 4 in. thick 3 lb. (also available in 4 lb. which would be firmer)
Cal. king size for my queen bed.  I cut it to size with a serrated bread
knife- kinda sloppy cutting, but it will be under a sheet, etc.  It made my
bed quite high to add another 4 in.  and my dogs aren't too sure about the
way it gives under their feet and the height they must jump to sleep on my
bed.  They adapted quickly!   LOL

I find I still have pain when I wake up- as always- but I am not as stiff
and sore and hard to get out of bed and moving around as I was without the
topper.  AND... my mind feels refreshed.  That's a biggie.  Instead of
groaning 'oh no, not another day to face' I actually feel alert and ready to
go in the morning.  I guess it's the quality of my sleep that's had the
biggest impact.  I feel rested and refreshed.  And I am surprised that I
really like the Memory Foam pillow that came with the topper.

I think it was a great investment for $159.
