Hi,
I did urine therapy for paining joints ---- 153,000 web-pages on
google now and it helps matrimonials too as per the book "Manav
Mootra" available on amazon.com

Why don't you look up Urine Therapy

But try Reiki too.
Reiki is an old indian healing art.

You can combine reiki with sitting on the computer

FYI, Kriya Shakti is an ancient Indian energy healing technique.

Reiki, the system of Usui Reiki Ryoho that grew out of the original
teachings of Mikao Usui, a Japanese man, around 1922.

The term Reiki is not a generic term for energy healing or spiritual
healing.
