thank you, thank you, thank you!--you great big wonderful asa prayer
machine, you!
my longtime and beloved friend, brenda just got home from her ovarian
biopsy. donna, another friend of bren's, brought her back home and let me
know the surgeon/oncologist said he's pretty sure that everything was
benign, because the tissue looked ok to him, but they will have to wait for
the pathology report to confirm his assessment. he surgically removed
everything, all the growths and including her ovaries.
i am sooooooooooo relieved! (not as much as brenda is, i'm sure.<smile>)
this has been such an horrific year of losses of loved ones for me. i don't
think i could have handled one more piece of personally devastating news for
me. this news just makes the holidays that much sweeter. my tears are just
uncontrolably falling right now. i think i'm exhaustively falling apart,
letting go kinda in every chaotic emotional way, of emotions that have been
pent up, in this very moment (i just got done wandering around the house,
waving my arms a few minutes ago, after hearing from donna, shouting "thank
you! thank you!".) but these are mixed with such happy tears for brenda's
sake. and this news is such a good and special way to wind up a very
emotionally and physically challenging year.
thank you, again, my sweet friends and dear family of my heart, for your
prayers and support.
lovingly,
kate

Kate: That's wonderful news and thank you for letting us know. Please
continue to pray for my friend Helen who is still in intensive care and
still on a ventilator. I have hope that the prayers will work for her
too.

Wonderful news, Kate, about your Brenda.
Ann, I am continuing to keep your Helen in my prayers. (easy to
