Can Outlook Express be re-installed? How? Would "addresses" and saved messages be lost? ... You can copy your saved messages to another directory/folder simply by drag n drop, give it a go. It will find an existing operating system and ask you if you want to replace or repair the existing. You would want to repair. then go to the updates sight and download any needed patches.
