Thank you for this Denise and thank you all for prayers and keeping praying.
I am just on tonight answering these offline and then when I think I can get
on for a few minutes I will get them all send out.
They did a CT scan today instead of the biopsy and there it was. It was the
size of a grapefruit. Also beside it was a pus pocket that is leaking into
her system, so infection going into her system. They knew they would have to
operate tonight. It showed alot of damage done to the colon. It also shows
that from the grapefruit size mass there are legs going out from it. So i
suspect this means the cancer has spread to other areas, not sure though.
She is on commiden (sp) so they had to give her four ivs of something to get
her blood thicker. They had given her three when we were talking to dad and
starting the fourth. If it worked as well as the other three the surgery
would be scheduled for midnight.
We also found out she was in a weaken conditon for awhile now and had even
fell on sunday night and dad had to call Janet to come over and help him get
her up.
They both have this cold/virus still too. We are both down with it again
too. Never a dull moment.
So I will try to keep you posted or ask someone to post as I can. Thanks all
again. We all appreciate it.
If she doesn't make it this will be the first parent, that Jim has lost and
the first grandparent that the kids knew to be lost also. I talked with both
boys tonight and Drew is doing ok with it, or sounds like he is, but Chris
sounds so depressed by it all.
So that is where we are right now.
I am trying to get emails that I have on my puter answered incase I do
leave, so I am answering them offline and will send them out between phone
calls as I can. Thanks all you are all special.
