Wow, I hope this works. We have a HUGE garbage can next to our mailboxes
to dump catalogs and such into that we don't want...but it's such a
waste of paper. I hope they can get me off these lists.

I heard about this on NPR a week or two ago and keep forgetting to do it when
I am actually sitting at the computer. Thanks for posting this - it reminded
me *at the computer*!  LOL
Now, if I can just remember all the names of the catalogs I don't want.  I
took the paper recycling up last week and haven't gotten any unwanted
catalogs since.

ohhhh, good!  thanks for this url, diane!  my recycle bin, when i take it
out to empty it in the recycle collection recepticle, is so heavy it feels
like it's full of phone books lately.

My stepdaughter sent me this site to stop specific catalogues from
coming to the house. It will take several weeks to stop them, but by
next Christmas, we should be receiving a lot less. I had no idea how
many we were receiving until I did this. I stopped 110 catalogues so
far!
