Hey Everyone,
I am kinda new.... I read this group on and off over the years...
Anyway, I am not sure how to have my SETTINGS in OUTLOOK EXPRESS
for the newsgroups?? Do you have automatic settings so you mainly see just
the NEW posts?? or Do you Follow Threads?? I feel that every time I sign
in, I just see the same
posts...
Any TIPS appreciated!
Also, when I post a message, my OE gives me an ERROR MESSAGE: "Unable to
send"
or something.... so I press send again... then it posts my message
TWICE!!??? tks!

I'll try to help a little, as I have Outlook Express as well. It seems like
you're saying your messages are out of whack. If you click on "View" when
you enter the newsgroup, then "all messages", there is a feature you can
click on which says something like, "delete ones already read". I'll go in
mine and give you the exact words. Be back. Nanny

Here I am again. In Outlook Express, click first on "View". Then, click
"Current View", then on "Hide Read Messages". That should get rid of a lot
of unwanted messages.
Also, if you can't keep up with the mega zillions of posts, click on "Edit"
then on last line, "Catch Up". You should only have to do that one time,
and it will be your settings from then on. Nanny
