Well, the surgeon was stuck in surgery yesterday so they rescheduled my
visit for NEXT Thursday. They told me to take it easy, not lift things,
etc., until the surgeon sees me. I decided on my own to suspend my daily
exercises and weight training. Ow, ow, ow!

dee tee, what a drag, especially at this time of year. that's a long
time to wait to see him when you're hurting.

Good idea to suspend your weight training etc but keep up gentle range of
motion. Try to use supported range if necessary ie: laying on a bed moving
your legs in your range for example back and forth to the side with the
mattress supporting the legs. If it hurts cut back but that will help until
time to resume again. They probably will want to cut your exercises
especially weight training until the healing has occurred anyway.
What a pain! Literally.

Most likely. It's always something, isn't it?
