I had my third set of shots to both knees about 4 weeks ago.  About a
week after the last shot my knees started to feel better.  By the day
before yesterday they were at least 70% better than they had been.  I
was thrilled.  Yesterday I tried walking on the treadmill - slowly,
and only for 5 minutes.  By last night my knees were killing me
again.  I also baked some cookies, so I was on my feet longer than
usual yesterday.

Today my knees are back to where they started before the shots.  I've
been icing every few hours.  I had a similar  problem with them the
last time I baked.  Not as painful, but they were definitely
complaining.  I iced a few times and by the next day they were fine.

Is this it?  Have I screwed up the chance for the Orthovisc to work or
will they improve again?  I was so happy that I wasn't in pain every
waking moment and now I'm so upset I feel like crying.

See Dee Tee's 'note to self'. Not funny, I know. Get feeling
better soon.
