I have been on Enbrel for over 4 years and have been feeling very well. Finally my doctor wants me to try one injection(25 mg) per week, instead of two. I am nervous about cutting the dosage. I really do not want to go back to the days of pain and swelling, I experience for almost 21 years. Has anyone tired cutting down to once a week? Would really like to know. The once a week Enbrel shot is twice as big as the two a week. Yes, I took the once a week prescription after 3-4 years of the twice a week. Nooo problem. You don't have to mix it or antyhing, the 50mg is premixed. However, for me, it stings a bit more than the 25mg shot did, because it has preservative in it. Are you sure your doc wants you to take the 25mg once a week, or is it the 50mg? Could you have someone inject you? Mary gives me my Embrel injections and she's usually done before I know it. No sting from the needle and no sting from the Embrel. ... ERROR!! Adequate Food And Beverage Not Found!! SYSTEM HALTED |
