Hi Leela,,, You are not cutting back. The once a week Enbrel shot is twice
as big as the two a week. Yes, I took the once a week prescription after
3-4 years of the twice a week. Nooo problem.

As Harvey said, there is a once a week 50mg shot that has been
available for a while. You don't have to mix it or antyhing, the 50mg
is premixed. However, for me, it stings a bit more than the 25mg shot
did, because it has preservative in it.
Are you sure your doc wants you to take the 25mg once a week, or is it
the 50mg?
Whichever it is, good luck-

My Doctor is trying to cut the dosage.
So it is going to be 25mg injection, once a week instead of twice a
week.
Will keep you updated on what happens.

Could you have someone inject you?
Mary gives me my Embrel injections and she's usually done before I know it.
No sting from the needle and no sting from the Embrel.
