It is getting to be that time again. I thought that I would start the
call for addresses now. If you want to be in this year's card
exchange, please send me your snail mail addy to rosab.1@shaw.ca
before November 15th. With that date, we should still be in adequate
time for sending overseas mail before the deadline.
Shortly after Nov. 15th I will send each participant the list.
Thank-you.

Me, me! I already have my cards, they were pre-printed with our names,
they're in the envelopes and just waiting for the mailing labels to go on.
The most costly thing about mailing cards is the USPS stamps. It gets
prohibitive after 100 names, but I'm ready for it!

We bought ours last year, between Christmas and New Years, when they were on
sale.  <g>  That makes up for the increase in postage since ASA started the
exchange.

The list topped right around 100 names and although it's drifted to 30 or
so, we still send 50-60 to ASA members.

... Seems that money has wings and most of us see only the tail feathers.

That's my plan every year, and sometimes it even works out!  I think I
have to start fresh with the cards this year, but I'm already getting
in the mood, and am back on the list, driving it up to 31 or so.  ;)

Well, at least we can use 'em for dusting...

Last year we had less than 20, so we'll be OK, DeeTee :-)))

Carole

Rose, I would love to have the list when you get it together so I can keep
my bday addy list updated with the ones you get from Christmas. I am not
sure at all if I will be able to send out cards this year. I have cards but
still don't know if I will have money for the stamps. So If  I could just
get the list to check with my addies I have, I would appreciate it.

In the past we have sent cards even though we knew we may not get one
back because of financial issues. Send me your snail mail addy and I
will add you anyway.

I would dearly love to participate, but things have gotten tight here for a
while, until I get my dental work (implants - won't be covered by insurance
until next October, after mine are all don) completed.  I've had to say "no"
to all extra expenses.  I do wish all of you blessings for the encouragement
you will be sharing with so many through this project.  God bless.
