not that specific, but i am a still's disease, with extensive vascular
involvement - the best advice i can give you is to learn as much as
possible about the condition, examine the various available medications
and treatments and not depend upon your doctor to have read 'all' the
literature as time goes by...
DON'T let her become sedentary - when she's not in flare, moderate
exercise is very important so that joints and tendons don't weaken [ i
preferred swimming], but don't neglect periods of rest so as not to
overtax when in flare. -
proper nutrition also, especially as several of the medications need
support -
canvas your doc's and have one become the gatekeeper - it is likely that
you'll have several as this progresses and you'll want one to be aware
of what all are doing.
