okay so I wake up and I suddenly have this horrid wrist pain. It runs
along the outer side of the right forearm to the outerside of the
wrist where it concentrates and maybe the pinky I can't tell. I
dunno, the worst thing is that the pain sensors can't seem to decide if
it is pain or not so the dull pinching comes and goes in waves. It
hasn't gone with sleep. I don't really remember much warning. Any
ideas what this is and treatment?

Yes,,, Welcome to ASA.   Go down to your local Walmart or Walgreens
drugstore and buy a wrist brace.  You may be doing your wrist harm in your
sleep.   I have one and when my wrist is bothering me, I wear it when doing
something strenuous to the wrist or when I am going to sleep.
