I understand what you are trying to say but the USA does both better than
anyone else in the world. It is sad that even that is not enough. People
travel half way around the world to adopt children when there are children
in the US that need help too.

I am sick and tired of you spongers trying to live off the USA.
60 years ago we were asked to contribute to this and that relief fund
for Asia, Africa, South America.
CARE was going to teach the natives how to irrigate, plow, plant
seeds, rotate crops, feed their entire community.
You know what?
The laze bastards decided the money would keep pouring in, and it has
because of the stupidity of Americans who continue to listen to the
bleeding hearts with their tales of woe.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! This is 2007, not 1947 when school children were
being duped into some of these charitible "causes."
