I agree perfectly Nann. During hot weather I alternate between the 3
purchased splints I have - they have a cotton fabric but still get hot and
sweaty. Be interested to hear what they come up with. Let us know.

well, when I talked to this friend about it, she nodded sadly. They can make
more open wrist braces with stays and straps, but the best support really is
provided by stays that cover that cooling pulse point and braces with more
rigidity. I suppose we have to wait for the brains to create a new, miracle
fiber for cooler braces.

goofy idea and probably really dumb. but if i were desparate enough, i
would try wetting just the pulse point area of the splint, then pop it into
the freezer for 15-30 minutes, to see if that helped.
