I use to send it out by email. Others took over that job for me when my health got too bad. Now that it's on the web it will be there for all who can benefit by it. I have missed all my friends online too but I just can't sit at the computer for long lengths of time anymore. God bless you. I don't know if you remember me or not. Alot of fmsers are on over here on ASA so I am sure the info will help us all here too. I understand not being able to sit long at puter.
