Hey Nanny, thank you for all those cards. It blew me away. They are
beautiful and will be so helpful for me sending them out. I appreciate it.
It means alot to all of us.

I was kind of ticked because the mail man threw them in the garage. I had
the door up and the screen to inside open. I heard him holler hello, I had a
lap full of shirts I was sewing and I said just a minute. Then I heard the
packet come sailing into the garage. Thank goodness it was the cards and not
something breakable in the box. I can't believe he did this. It was not our
regular mailman either, ours is out sick with the flu.

My local postmaster would be getting an earful.  But then again when I was
working, I think I had him on speed dial, and I'm pretty sure he recognized
my voice.  We had a few problems in the area where I had my office.

Glad you got them, Squirrely.  But, thumbs down on the mailman - throwing
the box in the garage?  A good thing you had a lap full of shirts, or I just
know you would have taken after him with the broom!  ;-)  I've got a grouchy
mailman and I try not to be on the porch when he comes round.  I get tons of
catalogs in the mail, and I can only imagine how irked he must be with all
the extra weight of my catalogs in his mailbag ;-)  Nanny

Yeah Nanny, I know I would have hurt myself if I didn't  have stuff on my
lap and would have made it out there in time.  I would have had to have my
foot removed from a place in his body. ;-)

I sure hope your mailman doesn't have an attitude about the catalogs and
such, that is his job and without all the mail going each way, he wouldn't
have a job.

As someone, you know who you are, emailed me and said it was probably that
the mailman thought it was air mail. '-)

See I thought it was funny, so you don't need to hide. LOL ;-)

Oh good, I'm glad you thought it was funny!  I didn't think about my wording
that you would have taken your "broom" to the mailman until after I sent it.
I was thinking "Gee, I hope Squirrely doesn't think I'm calling her a
witch"!  ;-)  Nanny
