OK, Nann, I need you to refresh my memory a bit.

Did they finally come to a conclusion about your anemia and such so that
you don't have to go through any more poking and prodding in regards to
that?

Also, when are you having your foot surgery?

Since they cancelled this years gimp picnic, I'm hoping you can get all
tuned up earlier and be ready to roll next year when hopefully the gimp
picnic will resume in Ohio!

Hugs,

Donna

well, I haven't said much yet.  I'm still in recovery mode on several
fronts - I'm coming down off the medrol I was on, I'm trying to catch
up on housework, gardening, shopping (25 miles to grocery store,
remember) and every 2 or 3 days I seem to totally colapse.   Moreooon
the trip itself in a few days.  Right now, I'm suddenly about to fall
asleep on the keyboard.

That's pending - as it has been on and off for a year and a half now!
My RD wanted me off Enbrel for the surgical biopsy they were talking
about.  When it turned out the biopsy would be no simple matter, I
suggested we see what happens off enbrel.  At this point, I figure
it's either something that took hold because the enbrel beat down my
immune system or it's my immune system attacking and it just wasn't
even worse because of the enbrel.  Depending on which it is, it should
get either better or worse off enbrel, so we'll see which way it
goes.  I'll get blood drawn towards the end of the month so we can
discuss the results when I go in early August.

I hope late Oct/early Nov.  I need to go ahead and get the referral to
the foot doc so I'll have that in the offing if my other docs don't
decide to do anything to me!  I've been feeling kinda superstitious
(that can't be spelled right!) about scheduling it before working out
the other.  It feels like I'm just asking for trouble!  LOL

I hope so too!  And next year we plan to go on vacation earlier and I
won't ahve a band reunion to conflict with stuff.
