I am the same way Diane,
I can't do fruits and veggies at all. I love them but they don't love me. So
it does make a big difference in what we were taught before.

What does that leave?
I'm having a problem trying to imagine a diet of meats and fish, maybe nuts
and bread products.

I am allergic to fish, can't do nuts, can't stomach much meat either
anymore. So it doesn't leave much. I have to use pasta alot and that is
about it. Stomach and bowels don't like anything and if they do my body
doesn't because then I have an allergic reaction to it.
Every once in a while I do sneak some fruit or a salad, but boy do I pay for
it.
