Hello all,
I spent far too much time relaxing with a new library book today so
now I'm paying for it when the phone rings.  Takes me so long to get
moving that I'm wishing for an answering machine that picks up in 10
rings instead of 4  :-)     Ironic really, yesterday was a low energy
day and all I wanted to do was sleep and ignore my stretches.  I
really need to take advantage of energy days better!

Well, I'm off to putter in the kitchen and start a grocery list.  It
is always nice to feel as if I "did something" when I head off to bed
at the end of he day.

Take care,
Cinnamin

Hi Cinnamin,
Are you the same Cinnamin that is in the Myositis group? What does the Dr
say your condition is?
I enjoy reading the group, but I've had so much trouble with me eyes of
late, (allergies I guess) that I can't sit and read all of them.
It  sounds like the same way I am. If I rest too long I can't get going,
but if I get going to much I hurt and have to sit down..Catch 22....If they
would just find out what is my problem..
I just got back from the market, now I feel like I've done something for
today..You take care...if you are or if your not the same......Nel

Yeah, same here Cinnamin.  I'm reading a new book, true-crime entitled
"Nightmare in Napa", and I can't put the book down long enough to go to bed.
Now I'm in trouble, because it's 3:30 a.m.  My sleep meds didn't kick in
good enough either for some reason tonight.  Nanny

I do that too!  Just finished "A Meal to Die For"  about a mob guy who
would rather be a chef.  Once I was reading and trying to figure out
why birds were making so much noise and realized it was dawn!
Certainly made getting through the day interesting!
