I know that today is the longest day of the year,,,, or they tell me so
anyway.
I know that there is some nasty stuff in the newsgroup today.   Do you think
it is the heat?  Are we going to let some really nasty minds change our day?
If we really understand what causes people to act the way they do,,, is
understanding enough?   Just some thoughts that really do not need
actions,,,,just something to think about.
I do know that I read some really good posts from people with pain and
problems looking for answers and a better tomorrow.  If you can help someone
to have either,,,, its been a good day and we should thank the Lord for
giving us this day and ask for help with tomorrow and/or a tomorrow.

harv, you are very philosophical these days! thanks for this
grounding, centering message. we all need to ignore the cretins who
try to infiltrate our group with nastiness and be grateful for all the
good things we have.

Your most welcome...  You are right about these days and I think I will
change the brand of bourbon I buy.  :-)   We do not to center and ground
because the world around us is getting much worse.   People are lashing out
in all directions with frustrations.   I truly believe that young people
today are not having to work for what they have and learning with hard work
is not happening,,,, result,,, frustrations,,,,anger,,, even drugs to make
up for a world that is not easy... enough,,, enough,,, time for more ice and
think about old times.   Setting pins in a bowling alley through junior high
and part of high school.  Buying my own new clothes for school and being
proud of them and throwing away that blue mcanaugh(sp) that was an itchey
hand me down from my brother and having a coat all my own that I worked for.
It is why everything I own today is paid for and that was not easy either.
Thanks for letting me rattle on...  I am sometimes asked to help young
married couples to face the world as it is.   I think the common thing for
today is for children to raise themselves.     Like I said,,, enough,,
enough..
