I have extended spinal cord and it always hurts when i sit. Even
otherwise arthritis is painful and i'm unable to sit straight because
of this. Does the bone keep growing? I'd like to know if there is any
solution for this.

Nancy, who told you this? A rheumatologist? Neurologist?
Was it diagnosed by X-ray, MRI, or CAT scans?
Did they give you a medical term for it? Spina? Spina bifida?
Spinal ganglion? Spinalgia? spinalis?
If you don't know what it is, learning should be your first action.
