yippee! we eat a lot of onions - and a fair amount of garlic - both are
things I tend to add into recipes that don't call for them when I think they
will had a pleasing dimension to the dish.

That's good news about onions! I love either Vidalia or Texas Sweet
onions and figure out ways to put them in a lot of things I cook.
String beans are almost patable if I add some onion to them, and
zucchini, peppers, tomato and onion all mixed up together is a real
treat.
