Well tomorrow, I'm going to my class for the upcoming surgery, for patients
and families members, but my hubby doesn't want to come, oh well..
For the all past week end I have been trying to tell him I will need, a
sturdy chair with arms and tall enough so my knees are below my hips, he
told me I was full of crap ( not really the word he used).
Sorry, one of my bad Day today, I read other posts with people worst off,
and it makes me thinks that I should bear it and hush.
The pain has been bad for the past few Days at night, both hips going down
my legs.
I hope to learn a lot tomorrow at the class, will pass it on.
Big gentle hugs for all of you.

Be sure to get a handout for your hubby, so he will know that you are
not making the requirements up & that you really will need the chair,
etc. Each of us has our own issues & pains to deal with - yours are
not lesser just because they are different. Always come here & talk
to us - that's what this group is all about.
Good luck at the class tomorrow - take good notes for your hubby,
since he is unwilling to come along & be supportive. ;0)

Sounds like your hubby could use a lecture from Dr. Phil.

and you have been around here long enough to know that the hushing part is
not part of the program. It really is your pain that is important and what
you live with that helps others to know they are not alone with what they
have.

Gigi,
I have been reading your posts. My heart goes out to you. It is so hard when
your spouse doesn't believe you. I know this all too well. Mine didn't for
years. Now he finally is getting the idea.
I hope pain is better for you now.
I hope you did learn alot at class.
