Donna G. - 23 Apr 2007 01:27 GMT Boy, today is one absolutely gorgeous, beautiful day!!!
The sun is shining brightly, the huidity is low (yipeeeeee), the birds are chirping their different songs, it is a bit breezy, but that is ok.
It's just a wonderful day out there and very much meant to be enjoyed!
Was out on my balcony for a while, sipping ice tea and watching the world scurry by. Very lovely, soothing, and so calming!!!
Hoping that the rest of you are having equally as wonderful weather and are able to enjoy it at least a little bit!!!
Blessings,
Donna G. . . . ANGELS EXIST, but some times, since they don't all have wings, we call them FRIENDS......

We had a wonderful day. Day after rain clean clear air and lots of sun with a breeze. April at its best.
I took Kayla to the park to run some energy out of her. She found two more new people to throw her ball and all in all it was just a great day.

RhondaM - 23 Apr 2007 02:54 GMT A Very nice day here... Did some cleaning of my car and watching the kids outside.. its kind of fun to watch your 16 yearold son play ball with the youngest.(Josh). He still is a little boy inside that loves to play..I just loved seeing him play like a child again and not be so serious about things in life. I just LOVE spring

DeeTee and Bob Taggart - 23 Apr 2007 04:36 GMT Yes, it was beautiful again today. Yesterday I grilled some hot dogs and hamburgers. Today was too tired to go to church but enjoyed looking outside anyway. I love spring! Glad you got to share in the good stuff.

I made it to morning church. Today (Monday) is supposed to be even better--80 degrees. We were getting to the point that we thought we wouldn't be putting winter stuff away until July! lol

Lake Tahoe/Reno reeived another 18 inches over the weekend (but ski resorts closed yesterday).
Mammoth ski resorts hoping to stay open through the Memorial Day weekend.

You and Donna described the weather Mary and I encountered on our weekend through Palm Springs, Cathedral City and Indio Friday, then in Blythe (CA) and Ehrenberg/Quartzsite (AZ) Saturday/Sunday along the Colorado River (we didn't run into MaryZ rafting). Our next trip may be further north to Parker and London Bridge at Havasu City. Then we can visit what's left of U.S.66 around Needles. Mary is counting the number of work days (24 including today) until retirement. <g> Her last day on the job in June 1st.
... ERROR: Like, dude, something went wrong.
Squirrely - 23 Apr 2007 16:50 GMT Donna,
Thank you for this post. It made me feel good. It stopped raining and the sun came out here too. It was a nice day outside till later in the afternoon when the winds picked up.
I keep trying to look out and see the wonders of nature. It is what keeps me going. I love the birds, the flowers, the different shades of blue in the sky and the shapes of the sky, then the colors when the sun is going down. It is so beautiful.
Signature Love and Hugs to all Jo the squirrely one
