I have been using MSM for more than 15 years, due to numerous health
conditions I have, including Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and a
Nerve Problem in my low back. I have found that the MSM Sulfur
supplement provides me with much more relief from the pain and
inflammation, than any of the numerous prescription medications the
doctors have tried giving me. MSM can be purchased at any store that
supplies nutritional supplements. Due to my personal experience with
MSM, I would highly recommend purchasing the pure MSM powder, rather
than the tablets or capsules. The reason for this is that you can
safely take up to 5 teaspoons of the MSM powder each day, and most of
the tablets or capsules only contain between 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of MSM
each, so it is harder to acheive the results for pain relief. I hope
this message will benefit people who are searching for something that
will make a difference in releiving their arthritis pain and
inflammation symptoms.

Uh huh,,,,,   The wars over the use of Msm are long dead with the product
being the looooooser.    Anyone that relies on this for their soul support
for the problems you have listed will join the ranks of those that have
wasted their money ON SUCH CRAP.
