I wanted to thank all of you for keeping my sister and brother-in-law
in your prayers and thoughts. My bil is still alive, but it won't be
long. Yet, things are much better. The panic over what to do etc has
settled down. My sister says his dying feels "very gentle" now and I'm
so relieved. Hospice is involved and he is in a hospital bed being
kept comfortable. They also have a wonderful 24-hour aide. My sister
(who has advanced MS) is exploring living options for herself after
Michael goes. The universe is suddenly opening up with options and I
believe she'll have some choice in what to do. Meanwhile, I just
wanted to let you know how much your caring means to me. I was so
upset initially over their situation, and you were there for me, as
always.

hugs,

diane

I am glad that things seem to be falling into place.

Wish I was closer and could have done more Diane.  Glad to hear that Hospice
is involved - they do incredible work here.  When my grandmother was dying
at home they made sure everything was taken care of and she was in no pain.

Also glad to hear that options are opening for your sister.  she needs to be
able to do things and be around people by the sounds of it so will be glad
to know she will have some choices.

Keep us in touch - you have helped me so much it is nice to be able to
support in return.

Hospice does a wonderful service and I am so glad they are there for your
sister.
The one thing that stands out for me...Is that after your loved one passes,
hospice will continue to support you.
They will still be there with emotional support for your sister. I know that
they stayed in contact with my Mom when her neice passed away. My mom was
her main caretaker.
Glad to hear that your sisters options are falling into place also and that
your heart is feeling better.
Lots of hugs
Cindy

care sweetie, I know this has to be really hard on you too.
