Howdy all,

Has anyone heard anything on the "Inflammation Factor"?
Good or bad? I was looking at it tonight and seems it might
actually have something to it. I'm going to see what other
info is out there on it.. but thought I'd ask here if anyone
had any information as well.

Hope all is having a pain-free weekend.

Hi RK,

I am not familiar with this book, but wanted you to know your post was
read.

We have discussed how diet effects our disease processes, but like the
medications we take, each person seems to be different in how they
respond to the effects that diet has on them.

Guess it certainly can't hurt to do some more checking and even
discussing with your doctors before trying this type of diet.

If you go ahead with it, let us know how you make out!
