I once studied and studied and studied, and got my code speed
up to 18WPM. Then I took the First Class Radiotelephone test,
passed, and ham radio fell by the wayside. <g>
A couple of fellows around here have been twisting my arms to
take the no-code exam. Just read that the FCC has dropped
code for ALL classes.
Coast Guard was first. Navy has dropped code. Now the FCC.

It's no-code for all classes after Feb.23rd, Chief. DH & I are testing
for General on Feb.27th.
Didja know there's only 800 women worldwide that are in the Young Women's
Relay League? Only 800.While I usually won't be in a club that would have me
as a member that one I gotta get into. Shoot...way more than 800 people read
ASA every day.

That's what I read on the ARRL website yesterday.
They warned VE's to NOT begin no-code tests before that date.
Looking more and more interesting. <g>
