Well yesterday I saw my Rhuemy for my reg visit...
My FM has been acting Normal...so like I told him...my pain is been normal
for that so no change in my pain meds...still Lortab 10...
My OA in my hands has really been bothering me...I told him my thumbs get
stuck sometimes...He gave me Relafen...Said it was easy on the Tummy and
said I could take it twice a day....

Told him I CAN NOT sleep...
He said so the Zanaflex is not working...NO...and I can only take 12 mg or I
hallucinate...so he added Restoril...
15mg..said to take one or two...Well I took one last night along with 4 mg
zanaflex....Nope...I guess tonight I will try 8 mg zanaflex with 1 Restoril
and see if that works...

He asked if I needed a shot and said no not right now...I try to stay away
from the Steroids if I can...but if this weather doesn't lighten up a bit, I
might have to go in and see him...
So that is about it on me...
