HI
They told me the rapid heart was from just excess caffeine, the echo turned
out fine and the technician said I was in great shape as far as the heart is
going. I went to the doctor today for a uterine biopsy but they were
unsuccessful, with the IC flaring, which it hasn't in over 7 years it was
just too painful,, so will go back in March to have it redone.
I am defiantly feeling the stress my body has been under lately, I am sure
not taking all my medicine hasn't helped, I had quite the plauquenil, just
kept forgetting to take it and can't say it does much anyway I still take
the mtx and enbrel, so figured that was good enough but maybe the
combination of all 3 was better, I see the RA doc on Feb 9th and I am sure
that he will scolded me.
Thanks for asking, I just live one day at a time, that is all we can do.  I
am finally starting to deal with Paul being gone, I guess I was just in
shock for a long time and now the tears keep flowing, it has been 4 months
and I miss him more each day, but I am dealing with it and that is good.
thanks for asking again,
Becky

Becky,

I am glad the rapid heart beat is nothing serious. I hate that when it
happens.

Oh you poor thing. A uterine biopsy is hard as it is and then to have to go
back in to have it redone again. I feel for you. I know when I had mine done
two years ago that he had to do it a second time. That was a killer. He
wanted to make sure it took so I wouldn't have to come back and do it again.

That is all we can all do  Becky is one day at a time, even one hour at a
time if it has to be. You are doing good and I am proud of how you have been
doing.

You take care and you are always being thought of.

I am glad to hear you are eating again.

Isn't that always the way when you can eat again you start putting the
weight back on that you lost.

I wish I could give you whatever it is that is working for me lately. I have
been eating like a pig and haven't gained. Now watch this since I said that
I will gain weight now.

Just getting ready to briefly check in when I saw your note Jo.  TY for
thinking of me.

UPDATE
Just got out of the hospital, late yesterday.  Went in with chest pain
and difficulty breathing.  They kept trying to call it an MI or
aPulmonary Embolis.  Was neither.  I TOLD them from the start it was
Costichondritis.  That stuff HURTS!  Fluid retention continues to be a
problem and always will be.  My lungs were starting to fill up again,
which didnt help the breathing issues.  They kept pumping morphine into
me at an alarming rate without even touching the pain. Then someone had
the bright idea to try Toradol and just like magic it started pushing
the pain back.  Got better by leaps and bounds then.  Got wrung oiut
while I was there.  Lost 6-7 litres of fluid a day while I was there.
Felling much better. At least for now.

Love to all

Char,
wow!  Prayers, wishes and witches spells for you, girl.  It is time for
all of this stuff to just go away.  Now I don't want to put any
pressure on you but you are the heart and soul of ASA and it is time
for you to get back here.

Char,
My heart goes out to you.  That does hurt and it is harder when no one
listens to you.  Glad to hear you are doing a bit better for now.  Will keep
you in my thoughts.

PS:  We miss your recipes but understand the not typing bit.  Maybe we might
have to start a recipe a week for gimp thread again.

Kelly.

pain meds that worked for a change. That is good to hear. You take care and

I fell the night before last and it was quite funny how it happened but I am
really hurting now. I do not think anything is broken..just very very sore.
All I remember is being airborne and then hitting face first into the carpet
then my right shoulder and then finally the big bang my right hip..mind you
I do have padding but man did that hurt. I got up felt so stupid and then
laughed cause thinking about the slow motion stuff was funny. I think I got
up to quick got dizzy when I took a step and wam I crashed. The weather here
in Oklahoma is very cold and icy. we did not get as much as others did but
we did get enough. Otherwise I am doing pretty good.

(((Rhonda))))) - gentle, very gentle hugs

sometimes that bruising can hurt even more than a break.  fortuantely,
bruises should heal faster.  I keep telling our cat not to get under my feet
- he's gonna trip me one day!

Ok Rhonda do we have to pad you too to make you not hurt yourself by
falling.

I am glad it appears you didn't break something. I hope you are feeling much
better from the ouchie of falling though.

I know what you mean about the weather. Here in Calif. it has been cold and
windy and not like other years. So we have had enough of it too. ;-)

Still recouping from my 2nd hip replacement but mostly pain free. Lost
my wife to a long battle with Alz. just before Christmas and I'm still
reeling from that. Expected but not accepted y'know. Boring weather here
between 60s and 80s. ;-) Hang in there.

Oh Bud, I am so sorry to hear of your loss of your wife. I was wondering
where you had been now I know. I wish there was something I could do for you
to make things better but I know I can't.

I hope your recovery goes quickly and that you have no more problems with
the hip.
