Very nice! We just bought a home in Grove City and should be closing
by mid month or at the very least the end of the month.  If you need
a mortagage company, let me know, we came across a guy that is
simply fantastic! We got the sellers to pay ALL closing costs as well as
come down on the house by $3000. No money down and a great interest
rate even with our crappy credit. <g>

So glad for you DeeTee.  Doesn't it feel good to know that when you move
this time it will be into something of your own, and you can do just what
you want to in and around it.  Wish I had a basement to put all my unpacked
junk into!  Love the yard too.

Nice house, DeeTee!  I'm envious - a recently built half-basement shouldn't
leak too much yet.  We have a full basement in the rectory here, but it leaks
so much it isn't usable for much of anything.

It looks like a happy house........
