the power went back on where alex said they were going off.  i didn't think
of it at the time, but it probably went off because of startup overload
(where too many people have too many things on at the same time, just as the
power is coming back on) or something like that.  so, i'm back.  feel like a
yo yo.LOL

alex just called and told me to shut down the big electrical stuff.  said
power is going off on the eastside of federal way again and i'm on the
eastside.  so, i'll be shutting down, until we know we're on a safe grid.
