HAS ANYONE HAD AN KNEE SURGERY TO MAKE THE KNEE MORE STABLE, USEING IN
ADDITION TO OTHER ITEMS (SCREWS) FROM TOP TO BOTTOM  BELOW THE KNEE
CAP? I HAD THIS DONE IN 1994 AND WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS UNTIL...LAST
SUMMER 2006. NOW IT IS SO PAINFUL I CAN NOT GET UP OUT OF A CHAIR
WITHOUT HELP, OR WALK FOR MORE THAN 15 YARDS THEN I HEAR THE POP AND
GRIND AND IT LOCKS UP IN MID STEP. SO WHY NOW? AFTER ALL THESE YEARS
WITHOUT PROBLEMS? AND I DO NOT HAVE THE SAME INSURANCE THAT I DID IN
'94 SO I CAN NOT GO BACK TO THE DOCTOR THAT DID IT FOR HELP? ANY IDEAS
ABOUT WHAT I AM IN FOR NEXT? THANKS.

Sounds like you have a flat tire that needs to be fixed before you can go
any farther. Suppose the warranty is expired. What country are you in? Is
medicare/medicade an option?
Try not to use all capitols when typing as it is considered  shouting on
usenet.
