I really appreciate the many responses....thank you!!!

The orthopedic surgeon's nurse called:  I have a 'orientation' this
coming tuesday, blood work on wedneday, consultation with the nurses and
doctor, pre admitting to the hospital.....and then next Tuesday is the
big day.  Not exactly the way I envisioned spending Christmas....but,
the sooner it is done, the sooner I am back at it again.  Walking 18
holes of golf instead of 9.  I hope to be ready for my coaching
responsibilities on february 12th...
