I just wanted to post and say that I am not skipping out again. I am in a
really doozy of a flare and my 15 year old has hurt his knee and we have
been dealing with that. I will try to catch up in the next day or so after I
get some much needed rest. From what I have read so far sounds like I am not
the only one going through a flare and family issues. I will be back soon
and I miss you guys...

Yeah its the son who plays football. it is  a MCL tear. We thought it was
also a ACL tear and a Meniscual tear as well.  Allot of our players got hurt
during the game against Carl Albert. Thank goodness he is only a freshman
and not varsity. I could go on to say that the refs were letting the other
team beat up on us without calling late hits and unnessacary roughness
calls. Thats ok cause our varsity is on the playoffs and they are now a part
of that team as well as of last week.
The weather is not being nice.. I do not like this heat. I liked it when it
was 60-70 outside during the day. This def has been a bad year for weather
here.
I know what you mean byt he cards I was trying to play cards with my 10 year
old last night and I couldnt shuffle at all. Darn hands.

Sorry to hear that about your son...OUCH...Hope that it heals and there are
no long term problems....
You would think that the weather would not be causing us this many
problems...I just don't get it...Yesterday was hot and sticky but not that
much humidity...
Today...Hello windy and cooler...Roller coaster of storms moving
through...We so need the rain..and it won't come...But oh well...gripe gripe
gripe...
I did finally get a good nights sleep last night...so I feel better this
morning...
I hope you start to feel better soon.
Lots of hugs
Cindy

I know weather has an effect on my hands.  When I got up this morning the
knuckle where my first finger on right hand joins the hand was red, swollen
and hot, and my thumb was so sore and weak.  Usually they are okay in the
mornings but it was a little colder last night and I had set the thermostat
as usual so under the cover, I was warm.  But with my hand, I guess it was a
different story.  It's a little better now, but still hurts.

Rhonda,

good to see you post. I hope your flare is short lived and I feel for your
fifteen yr old. I hope he heals quickly.

We miss you too. You take all the time you need.
