I have taken 20 mg of MTX now for about 3 years, I just read an article that
if you drink too much caffeine it actually makes the MTX not work as well,
it said that the mtx does something to come chemical, sorry can't remember
which one, and having too much caffeine defeats this purpose[pose and can
actually make the mtx not work, anyone drink a lot of coffee that uses MTX?
I have been drinking more coffee lately and also notice that the RA is
somewhat worse, but it could be all the stress latley also/
Just wondered if anyone else had notice that same thing
Thanks
Becky

becky, hope you can use this link, its a study done this summer that
shows that caffeine does not change the effectivness of MTX. There had
been previous data claiming it did.
