Well I came home again for the afternoon to meet the organizer who is
helping me get my bedroom ready to have the new flooring layed so I can
function better in a wheelchair and walker. Next will come the bathroom
remodel. I still have a long way to go but today we got rid of all
paperwork that didn't need to be filed -- 4 hours it took! Wayne and Bonnie
won't let me overdo it so I'm only allowed 3-4 hours at a go.
After last week's visit I had a bit of a set back with the nursing home
wanting to send me to the hospital for fluid overload. I held my ground and
didn't go. It was not a time I thought it was necessary. But it did mean
laying in bed on lasix for a few days and getting the legs drained. I was ok
and learned that sitting in a wheelchair for 10 hours is way too long.
Having a lot of hip pain -- wondering what that's all about but then it's
probably arthur again
Hope all is well. Will check for replies next Wed! Miss ya all!

{{{{{{{{{{{diane}}}}}}}}}, you continue to show us what a remarkable
and brave woman you are.I am pretty sure I could not handle all the
diversity you have faced this last year with any dignity at all. You
certainly have though. You are my "Arthritis Warrior" of the year. Im
glad you have wayne and bonnie to police you a bit. Don't want any more
setbacks now. You must be excited about getting back home so hang in
there and don't overdue it. Still sending lots of good healing thoughts
your way.

Diane,
I agree with Gwen and Johnie. Johnie, you did a good job of saying it. You
take care Diane and we will still be around when you do get back to us.

Can't add anything to this except I am keeping the prayers going for you
to be completely well and home very soon. I look forward to your
reports and even though I am not always posting, I am sending
encouraging vibes.

Diane,
Remember to take it easy....I am sure you are sick of those words!...
Praying that you will be home for good sooner than later...
Sounds like the home is coming around...
Lots of hugs
