When you consider the fact that some people have RA and never show anywhere
near the reading that you have shown,,,,sore joints,,,,,fatigue,,,, I would
find out if I had Lupus because it can get more serious and cause a person
their life more quickly.  I think that I would hope that I had RA rather
than Lupus  buttttttt the important thing is to begin treatment for what you
have.   Act now to have the best results for either one. Please do not put
any of this off.    You need to know and accept what must be done for you to
have the best results.

hey red, are you having other symptoms to indicate lupus? Like a
butterfly rash(the giveaway) or a high fever. There are several more.
Im just curious if your doc gave any reasons for suspecting lupus. RA
can take years to diagnose. I think one of the best indicators is the
way pain and infllamation move from joint to joint / side to side / up
and down the body, often symetrically.

no, no other symptoms...no rash/fever. i think the ana result is
causing him to consider lupus. i have already been diagnosed with RA bc
of sore joints, inflammation, fatigue etc. and as u mention in a
symmetric pattern.
sorry to take so long to reply, i was on holidays:)
