as of my post-op appointment with my surgeon, the wrist saga is finally
OVER!!! all done. he doesn't need to see me again, unless there is a
problem. now, this last surgical scar just has to finish healing. all
done. YYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!! (((((((((((((((happy
dancing)))))))))))))))
btw, i asked him what he did to cause this last surgery to be so painless,
post-op. a very sweet smile briefly crossed his face and he said, and i
quote, "i wish i knew!" so much for special techniques and anesthetics or
whatever.LOL so, let's just blame it on the prayer machine.<smile>

oh yeah doing the happy chair dance with you. I shouldn't be doing that I am
hurt, but can't resist when it comes to you Kate.
That is the best news I heard today. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Kate, I think I'll just join you in that happy dance, if you won't dance too
fast! So glad your wrist is finally going to be okay.

kate, very kewl. My hand surgeries of the joint replacement variety
were both sorta painless because between working on the knuckles and
the wrists most of the nerves delivering those signals were damaged or
destroyed. They sorta grow back but very slowly. In my case it affected
the right hand more dramatically because of the extensive amount of
work done on that wrist.
Are you having much post op numbness or low sensitivity to stimuli?

Very cool Kate, very cool.
It was inevitable you know! Now let's keep these things down to an absolute
minimum. You've had your share and it's time to pass the torch to someone
else (just not to me!)
