I know-it has been too long But here I am finally. Just got home on Saturday evening, from a 10 day hospital stay. Went in with serious breathing issues,so they started treating me for adult onset asthma,which I dont have, All the steroids were good for my arthritis though. But by a process of elimination they came to the conclusion I was suffering from severe fluid overload. Not congestive heart failure, thank GOD! So they started pumping in IV Lasix. In that first 24 hrs period I lost 90000cc/ml or another way 9 quarts or 2 1/4 GALLONS of fluid. They were pulling the fluid off so fast,it kicked me into what feels like a flare from hell, i am assured it is not a real flare, but only my body trying to restore some sort of balance. It looks like a duck, it feels like a duck, it hurts like a duck. I think its a duck. 2006 has been a terrible year for my health. I hope the coming year holds GOOD surprises.
